The cells behind the blood checks

Hover a cell to name it · click for its predictions

Every prediction in the blood source names one type of immune cell and says how one of its genes changes with age. Pick a cell to see what has been sealed about it — and what three cohorts of real people did to those predictions.

All the cells, or one kind of them

“In CD8 T cells taken together” and “inside naive CD8 T cells” are different predictions. With age the blood holds fewer naive cells, so a gene can fall in the pool while nothing changes inside any one cell.
