Targets

A protein gets here by condition, not from a list. The server fetches its sequence from UniProt, picks a deposited structure by a written rule, establishes which residues that structure actually has coordinates for, maps the structure's numbering onto UniProt and checks it letter by letter, and measures how exposed each residue is. All of it is then frozen and hashed.
